Managing your weight is an important factor of health. It is no secret that as a nation we are becoming increasingly overweight which can lead to a variety of health problems.

The perfect mix between a balanced diet and exercise. This promotes healthy immune and hormonal systems, increased strength, balance, stronger bones and much more.

With a CB Fitness workout you will burn more calories, build more muscle and feel more motivated than ever, because achieving your goals becomes our business.

We will gain a clear understanding of where you want to be, when you want to get there and set several benchmarks along the way. This enables you to continuously achieve and reminds you exactly how well you are doing.

Each session will be tailor made to work with you and be as enjoyable as possible. We use a variety of training techniques including boxing, circuits, weight bearing, body weight, PHA, tabata etc. This means your body will never get too used to the workload insuring that you get the most possible from each session.

During the sessions we will also take time to exercise certain muscles that will aid strength, posture, balance, proprioception, co-ordination, stamina and flexibility, in order to mould your body into the best shape possible. An added bonus is that you will see a difference in day to day life, making tasks such as carrying children, moving a heavy item or even walking up a flight of stairs easier.

We also believe that knowledge is power and aim to educate our clients during sessions so we both have a clear understanding of what we are doing and why it is beneficial.
